Green Core Web Vitals, whatever the site runs on
Shopify, Webflow, Next.js, Laravel, Magento or plain HTML. We measure LCP, INP and CLS against real user data, fix what is actually costing you, and hand back the before and after. The WordPress version of this service has its own page.
- 300+ migrations, zero data loss
- Core Web Vitals in the green
- 24/7 emergency cover
-
Field data first
We start from the Chrome UX Report and your own analytics, not a lab score. A page can pass Lighthouse and still fail for the visitors who matter.
-
Largest Contentful Paint
Hero images, fonts and render-blocking scripts sized, preloaded or deferred so the main thing on the page arrives first.
-
Interaction to Next Paint
Long tasks broken up, third-party scripts moved off the main thread, hydration trimmed. This is where most non-WordPress stacks lose.
-
Cumulative Layout Shift
Reserved space for images, ads and embeds, font fallbacks that match, and no late-loading banners pushing content around.
-
Edge and caching
Cloudflare, Fastly or the platform CDN configured for cache hits on the pages people land on, with image transforms and compression at the edge.
How it works on each platform
The metrics are the same everywhere. What we can touch is not, so the plan is different for each.
Shopify
Theme code, app script audit, Liquid rendering and image sizing. Most Shopify slowness is apps, and we show you which ones.
Webflow
Interactions, embedded scripts, asset sizes and the settings Webflow does expose. Honest about the ceiling where it does not.
Next.js and React
Bundle analysis, server components, image and font optimisation, hydration cost and third-party loading strategy.
Laravel and custom PHP
Query profiling, response caching, asset pipeline, queue offloading and server tuning. We read the code, not just the waterfall.
Magento and other commerce
Full-page cache, catalogue queries, checkout scripts and the extensions nobody remembers installing.
Static and headless
Build output, CDN rules, image pipeline and the client-side JavaScript that static sites quietly accumulate.
Measured, then measured again
Speed work without a baseline is an opinion.
Before and after, in writing
Field and lab numbers for the pages that matter, taken before we start and after we finish, in a report you keep.
Fixes, not a plugin
We change code, configuration and assets. Nothing on this page is a caching plugin with a monthly fee.
The same engineers as the WordPress work
The team behind our WordPress speed service, which has kept client sites in the green through several metric changes.
Where it goes next
Monitoring
Alerts when a metric slips out of the green after a deploy, so the regression is caught the week it happens.
Performance budgets
Limits on bundle size and third-party weight, enforced in the build, so the site does not drift back.
Migration, if the platform is the ceiling
Sometimes the stack cannot get there. We say so, and we can move it if you decide to.
What people ask before they start
Something not covered here? Ask us directly and an engineer will answer.
Ask a questionNo. Core Web Vitals are a browser measurement, not a CMS feature. We work on Shopify, Webflow, Next.js, Laravel and Magento sites as well, and the WordPress version of this service has its own page.
The thresholds Google publishes: LCP under 2.5 seconds, INP under 200 milliseconds, CLS under 0.1, measured at the 75th percentile of real visitors. Lab scores are useful for debugging but are not the target.
Usually. Most Shopify slowness comes from apps injecting scripts and oversized images, both of which we can change. Where the platform itself is the limit we tell you before you pay for the attempt.
A fixed price for the audit and a fixed price for the fixes, agreed before work starts. Ongoing monitoring is optional and monthly.
