1. Subscription & Service Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed if the service has not been fully utilized.

2. Product Refunds

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
• Physical products must be returned in unused condition within 30 days to qualify for a refund.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for partially used periods.
• Cancellation of service-based projects must be requested before work begins.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days and credited to the original payment method.
• Transaction fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
